2. Logistics & Ops (Permanent Part-Time / Intern)
- Be based in Singapore, Singaporean and PR welcomed
- Minimum commitment period of 4 Months (September - December), 4 days a week
- Be 19 years old and above
- Be reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets is your friend)
- Be comfortable communicating with partners, vendors, and teammates
Job Scope
- Manage inventory across studio, warehouse, pop-ups, and stockists
- Packing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating stock replenishment and stock transfers between locations
- Assisting with event setups, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Able to support day-to-day logistics and operational duties across the brand
