Non Refundable, Exchange and Store Credit  Policy

No Refunds:

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final, but we offer exchanges and store credits as outlined below.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is currently unavailable, we will offer you a credit voucher for the remaining value.

Credit Vouchers:

  • If the new item is priced lower than the exchanged item, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit voucher.
  • Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
  • Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

- Reach out to us with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

- You might drop if off at any of our ongoing popup (excluding Design Orchard) or book a delivery service (tracked) to send it to our studio or Drop-off personally at Our Studio – (postage costs to be borne by the customer).

-  Return parcels will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of drop-off. A follow-up email with the refund/exchange details will be sent once we receive your return item(s)

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
