Non Refundable, Exchange and Store Credit Policy
No Refunds:
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final, but we offer exchanges and store credits as outlined below.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is currently unavailable, we will offer you a credit voucher for the remaining value.
Credit Vouchers:
- If the new item is priced lower than the exchanged item, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit voucher.
- Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
- Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Please fill up the form here to submit a request for exchange/returns.
- Return parcels will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of drop-off. A follow-up email with the refund/exchange details will be sent once we receive your return item(s)
