2. Logistics & Ops (Permanent Part-Time / Intern) 

Requirements

  • Be based in Singapore, Singaporean and PR welcomed
  • Minimum commitment period of 4 Months (September - December), 4 days a week
  • Be 19 years old and above
  • Be reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets is your friend)
  • Be comfortable communicating with partners, vendors, and teammates

Job Scope

  • Manage inventory across studio, warehouse, pop-ups, and stockists
  • Packing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating stock replenishment and stock transfers between locations
  • Assisting with event setups, pop-ups, and brand activations
  • Able to support day-to-day logistics and operational duties across the brand

        Non Refundable, Exchange and Store Credit  Policy No Refunds or Cancellation: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for any purchases. All sales are final, but we offer exchanges and store credits as outlined below. Exchange Guidelines: Items will be exchanged at our physical space at Funan, 02-10 unless prior arrangement. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that we only allow a one-time exchange per item. Once an item has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for a further exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is currently unavailable, we will offer you a credit voucher for the remaining value. Credits Vouchers: If the new item is priced lower than the exchanged item, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit voucher. Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase on our website. Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Non-Exchangeable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalised or customised products are not eligible for exchange. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
