2. Logistics & Ops Executive (Full-Time)
- Managing inventory across studio, warehouse, pop-ups, and stockists
- Packing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating stock replenishment and stock transfers between locations
- Assisting with event setups, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Coordinating online pickups, deliveries, and courier arrangements
- Organising and maintaining inventory storage and operational spaces
- Supporting day-to-day logistics and operational duties across the brand

3. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Retail Associate, Part-Time, (6 Months commitment) to join us at Funan! If you love connecting with people, enjoy thoughtful design, and find joy in the little details!
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers and share our brand story and products.
- Assist with daily store operations (opening, closing, restocking, tidying displays)
- Support customers in finding their perfect Everyday Club bag or accessory
- Handle transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences
- Assist with inventory management and packing orders when needed
